Golden Rabbit

Lunar New Year is nearly approaching.  To celebrate the Lunar new year, we would like to share our idea for the festive season drink by using our products. The drink is really simple, very easy to make. It looks great, meaningful and also really tasty.

Equipment:

• Measurement cup
• 530 ml shaker cups
• Bar spoon
• Plastic cup

Ingredients:

• 3 spoons (45 g) Coconut powder
• 2.5 spoons (37.5 g) Coffee creamer
• 30 ml Mango jam
• 150ml Hot water
• Ice cubes
• Golden tapioca

Preparation

1. Add 150 ml hot water to a shaker cup.
2. Add 3 scoops (45 g) coconut powder and 2.5 scoops (37.5 g) coffee creamer to a shaker cup.
3. Stir all the ingredients together with the bar spoon.
4. Add the ice to a shaker cup and seal the shaker cup with lids.
5. Shake the cup until the liquid is nice and cold.
6. Add 30 ml mango jam to the serving cup.
7. Use a bar spoon or tablespoon to spread the mango jam around the cup.
8. Add 1 scoop of golden tapioca to a serving cup.
9. Pour the drink into a serving cup with ice.
10. Seal the cup with sealing film or cover the cup with a plastic lid.

Tips

1. For the large size Golden rabbit, please use a 700 ml shaker cup, 150 ml hot water, 4 scoops (60 g) coconut powder, 3 scoop (45g) coffee creamer and 45 ml mango jam.
2. Vanilla powder also works very well with this recipe.
