There is no minimum order quantity for our standard retail items! Whether you want a single tub of popping boba or one bag of tapioca pearls, you can place an order of any size via our website.

We work quickly to get your boba supplies dispatched—often on the same day—so there is only a narrow window to make changes.

Amending Your Order: If you have noticed an error in your delivery address or need to change an item in your basket, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee amendments if the order has already entered the processing stage at our warehouse.

Cancelling Your Order:

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
After Dispatch: If your order has already left our warehouse, it can still be cancelled, but please note that shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (such as popping boba, syrups, and tea), we can only accept returns on non-edible, unused items in their original packaging.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00pm will qualify for next day delivery. Please note that orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, as we do not operate over the weekend.

For orders under £300, a shipping fee will apply. The exact cost—typically ranging from £10 to £15 - is calculated based on the weight and number of parcels in your order. You can view the final shipping total at checkout before completing your payment.

Due to current delivery constraints, we are only able to ship to the UK mainland. Navigating the logistical complexities of international shipping - including customs clearance, documentation, and taxation - prevents us from expanding our delivery zones at this stage.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the courier will send you tracking notifications via text and email. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout, as the courier will use this information to provide your tracking link and delivery updates.

Orders with a total of £300 or more qualify for free delivery.

For deliveries outside the UK Mainland - including Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Highlands - shipping rates vary. Please contact us directly for an accurate and up-to-date shipping quotation before placing your order.
