KUMQUAT & LEMON MOJITO RECIPE

Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cups
- Bar spoon
- Plastic cup
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Kumquat & lemon concentrated juice
- 15 ml Fructose syrup or Cane sugar syrup
- 50 ml Jasmine green tea base
- Sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sliced limes
- Ice cubes
- Preference toppings
Preparation:
- Add 50 ml Jasmine green tea base to a shaker cup.
- Add 30 ml kumquat & lemon concentrated juice and 15 ml fructose syrup to a shaker cup.
- Add a few sliced limes and few mint leaves to the shaker cup.
- Stir the ingredients together with a bar spoon.
- Add preference toppings to a serving cup.
- Pour the drink into a serving cup.
- Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
- Pour sparkling water to the rim of the serving cup.
- Cover the cup with a plastic lid.
Tips:
- Using a dome lid instead of sealing the cup will reduce the chance of sparkling water explosion.
- This recipe is designed for the ALCOHOL FREE version of Mojito.
- Decorate the cup with sliced lime and mint leaves can make the drink look a lot more attractive.
