    At Boba Buzz, we take pride in offering swift and reliable delivery services, ensuring that you receive your ingredients exactly when you need them. Whether you have limited storage space or require an urgent restock, our delivery is designed to support your business needs efficiently.

    Where Do We Ship?
    We currently ship to the Mainland UK. 
    If your shipping address is outside Mainland UK (e.g., Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands or other outlying islands), please contact us for further assistance.

    Delivery Methods
    Depending on the size of your order, we will ship your items either by parcel or pallet.

    Delivery Lead Time
    For orders placed before 12 noon, we strive to dispatch them on the same day. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

    Delivery Date & Time
    Our standard delivery hours are between 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.

    Delivery Charges
         Standard Delivery: Charges start from £10.00.
         Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders of £300 or more (after discounts).

    Parcel Shipping
    If your order is shipped by parcel, you will receive a text message from the courier with tracking information. Please note that we cannot arrange a specific delivery time. If you miss the delivery, please contact the courier directly to arrange a re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

    In the rare event that your order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery, a re-delivery charge of £10.00 per parcel will apply. If you choose to cancel your order after a failed delivery, the refund will be issued after deducting the re-delivery charge.

    Pallet Shipping
    For larger orders (typically 12 boxes or more), we may ship your order by pallet.  Free pallet delivery on orders of £300 or more (after discounts).
         Optional Delivery Times:
         - Morning Delivery (09:00 - 12:00): Extra £20.00
         - Afternoon Delivery (12:00 - 18:00): Extra £20.00

    If a pallet delivery fails, the re-delivery charge starts from £50.00 
    If a pallet delivery fails and the pallet of your order is returned to our warehouse, the re-delivery charge starts from £90.00.
    If you choose to cancel your order after a failed delivery, the refund will be issued after deducting the re-delivery charge.
