At Boba Buzz, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your drink menu, and we're here to assist you with your return and refund requests.
Returning an Unwanted Item If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
You can initiate a return by contacting us within 14 days of delivery or the date your order becomes available for collection. To proceed with the return, simply email or call us with your request. Once you’ve informed us, you have another 14 days to return the item. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
If you encounter any issues that prevent you from returning the item within the given timeframe, please reach out to us. We’re always here to help and will do our best to assist, although any refunds in such cases will be at our discretion. After the Return Period
We cannot accept returns for unwanted items after the return period has passed. If an attempt is made to return an item after this period, we may return the item to your default delivery address and request that you cover the delivery costs.
Original Condition For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for a refund. This includes:
- Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or have broken seals. - Items with damaged or dirty packaging or that appear contaminated.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition or outside the return timeframe, we will be unable to issue a refund, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Responsibility You are responsible for the returned items until they reach us. Please ensure that they are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend taking pictures or videos of the items before, during, and after packing, as this evidence can be crucial if you need to make a claim with your courier in case of damage.
Note:
We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged. Refunds will only be issued for items that are in their original condition when received by us.
Fair Use We reserve the right to withhold refunds and block accounts if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity, such as: - Excessive returns or claims of missing orders. - Returning items that do not match the original order. - Returning items in a condition that is not as originally shipped.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Returns will be processed as normal once they reach our warehouse. It is a fraud if the items returned do not match what was ordered (e.g. returning different items or different expiry dates ).
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Returning an Incorrect or Damaged Item
Incorrect Item:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team. We will arrange for a replacement and have the incorrect item collected from your preferred location at no additional cost.
Damaged Item:
If an item in your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. Our Customer Service team will arrange for a replacement at no cost. To assist us in reporting the damage to the courier, please provide the following photos: 1. The shipping label. 2. The outer box showing the damaged area. 3. The packaging inside the box, highlighting the damage to the items. 4. The damaged area(s) of the item(s). For example, a punctured pack or a broken lid. 5. If there are multiple damaged items, please take a group photo showing all damaged items and their affected areas in one picture.
Once we receive the photos, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Handling of Damaged Items:
If an item is leaking or in an unreturnable condition, please place it in a bin bag for the courier to collect. If you're unable to return the damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to assist.
