Valentine's day Drink Idea - Pink Lemonade

• 40 ml Lemon concentrated juice
• 15 ml Raspberry concentrated juice
• 10 ml Fructose syrup
• 50 ml Water
• Sparkling water
• Ice cubes
• Strawberry natate coco jelly - Heart shaped
• Sliced lemon

1. Add 50 ml water to the shaker cup.
2. Add 40 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml raspberry juice and 10 ml fructose syrup to the shaker cup.
3. Stir all the ingredients together with the bar spoon.
4. Add 1 scoop of strawberry natate coco jelly - heart shaped to serving cup.
5. Pour the mixture into a serving cup.
6. Add ice cubes to the top of the cup.
7. Pour sparkling water to the rim of the serving cup.
8. Add some sliced lemon for decoration.
9. Cover the cup with a plastic lid.

1. For the large size please use 50ml lemon juice, 20 ml raspberry juice and 15 ml fructose syrup.
2. Using a dome lid instead of sealing the cup will reduce the chance of sparkling water explosion.
3. Heart shaped jelly is the perfect topping to do upselling on Valentine’s day. 
4. Pouring the mixture before adding sparkling water will create the gradient layers which make the drink look more attractive.
