    Can I Amend My Order?
    If you wish to amend your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as it depends on the current status of your order.

    Can I Cancel My Order?
    We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, often on the same day. You can cancel your order for free only if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to check the status of your order.

    If Your Order Has Not Been Shipped: We can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
    If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped: You can still cancel your order, but the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The deduction depends on the shipping method used:

      - By Courier (Parcel): £10.00 per box.  
        Example: For an £800.00 order with 5 boxes, the refund will be £800 - £50 (£10 x 5 boxes) = £750.00.

      - By Pallet: £90.00 each way (to and from the warehouse).  
        Example: For an £800.00 order, the refund will be £800 - £180 (£90 x 2) = £620.00.
