    Ratio Grass jelly powder : Water 1 : 16

    • 100 g Grass jelly powder
    • 1,600 ml Room temperature water


    • Add 100 g of grass jelly powder and 1,600 ml of room-temperature water into the pot.
    • Stir the ingredients together until the powder dissolve.
    • Put the pot on medium heat and keep stirring until the glass jelly is thick and smooth.
    • Pour the grass jelly into the container and keep it in the fridge for cooling down.


    • Do not use hot water to mix the grass jelly. The hot water will cause lumps.
    • The softness of grass jelly can be adjusted by adding more water or reducing the amount of water.
    • Grass jelly is matched with any milk tea, especially classic milk tea and brown sugar milk tea.
    • The shelf life of cooked grass jelly is 48 hrs.
