    Topping Cream (Original / Cheese) Recipe

    • Spindle drink mixer or electric hand mixer
    • Bowl
    Ratio Topping cream powder : Milk  = 1 : 4
    • 2 scoops (30g) Topping cream powder
    • 120ml Milk
    1. Pour milk into a cup and add 2 scoops of cream powder.
    2. Whisk everything together with a spindle mixer for 2 minutes or until it becomes thick and fluffy.
    3. Prepare the serving cup by adding preferred topping and drink to the cup.
    4. Add the cream foam on top of the drink.
    1. Can use cold or room temperature milk however cold milk will be more effective than room temperature milk. 
    2. If a spindle mixer is not available, you can use an electric milk frother or electric hand mixer. 
    3. This topping cream foam can add in any type of drink such as tea, fruit tea, milk tea or smoothie.
    4. You can prepare the topping cream foam in a large batch. Always keep it in the fridge.
