Bottom Layer: Taro Bliss - Rich, velvety taro milk tea in a deep purple hue, reminiscent of blooming lavender fields.
Middle Layer: Creamy Milk - Smooth, white milk adds a touch of serenity and freshness, symbolising the gentle spring showers.

Measurement cup
530 ml shaker cups
Bar spoon
Serving cup
Ingredients:
3 scoops (45g) of taro gold powder.
25 ml of cane liquid sugar syrup
100 ml of hot water
100 ml of fresh milk (or alternative milk)
matcha foam (see the recipe)
Ice cubes
Preferred toppings
Preparation:
Add 100 of hot water into the shaker cup.
Add 3 scoops (45g) of taro gold powder and 25ml of cane liquid sugar syrup into the shaker cup.
Mix the ingredients together using a barspoon until the powder dissolves.
Prepare the serving cup by adding preferred toppings into the serving cup.
Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
Pour taro mixture into the serving cup.
Slowly pour 100ml of fresh milk into the serving cup.
Pour matcha foam on top of the serving cup.
Seal the serving cup with dome lid, ready to serve.
Note:
For the large size of the drink (700ml) please use 150ml of hot water, 4 scoops (60g) of taro gold powder, and 150ml of milk.
If you would like to have the purple marble around the cup just like in the picture, you can use purple sweet potato puff (see the recipe) spreading around the cup.
