    Purple Sweet Potato Puff Recipe

     Equipment:
    • Bowl
    • Stirrer or wooden spoon
     Ingredients: 
    Ratio Purple sweet potato puff powder: Hot water = 1:1
    • 100 g Purple sweet potato puff
    • 100 ml Hot water

     Preparation:

    • Add 100g of purple sweet potato puff powder and 100 ml of hot water to the bowl.
    • Use a stirrer or wooden spoon to mix the ingredients until thick.

    Add purple sweet potato puff to the drink:

    • Scoop 3–4 bar spoons of purple sweet potato puff paste and spread it around the cup.

     Note:

    • Use around 15g (3 bar spoons) of Purple sweet potato puff paste for a 500 ml drink or 20g (4 bar spoons) of Purple sweet potato puff paste for a 700 ml drink Spreading around the cup.
    • Keep at room temperature within 3-4 hours, and keep in the fridge for 24 hours.
