    Matcha Foam Recipe

     Equipment:
    • Spindle drink mixer or electric hand mixer
    • Bowl
     Ingredients: 
    Ratio Topping cream powder : Milk  = 1 : 4
    • 100 g of Cream topping powder

    • 400 ml Milk

    • 25 g of Japanese pure green tea powder

     Preparation:

    • Pour 400 ml of milk into a bowl.

    • Add 100 g cream topping powder into a bowl and following by 25g of Japanese pure green tea powder..

    • Whisk everything together with a spindle mixer or electric hand mixture for 3 - 5 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.

    • Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for atlease 10 minute before serving.

    • Prepare the serving cup by adding preferred topping and drink to the cup.

    • Add the cream foam on top of the drink.

     Tips:
    • Can use cold or room temperature milk however cold milk will be more effective than room temperature milk. 
    • If a spindle mixer is not available, you can use an electric milk frother or electric hand mixer. 
    • This topping cream foam can add in any type of drink such as tea, fruit tea, milk tea or smoothie.
    • You can prepare the topping cream foam in a large batch. Always keep it in the fridge.
