    Gradient Colour Beverage Mixture Recipe

     Preparation time: 3 minutes
    Type: Drink Mixer
     Difficulty: Easy
     Equipment:
    • 1 L Jug
    • Bar spoon

     Ingredients:

Ratio Gradient Colour Beverage Powder : Water 1:20

    • 50 g Gradient colour beverage powder
    • 1 L Warm water

     Preparation:

    • Pour warm water into the jug.
    • Add 50 g of gradient colour beverage powder into the jug.
    • Mix the ingredients together until the powder dissolves.

     Note:

The Gradient Colour Powder is a unique, innovative beverage enhancement derived from red cabbage (purple cabbage) pigment. This natural colorant is designed to create a stunning balayage effect in your drinks, transforming them with a subtle and beautiful gradient transformation without artificial colours.

    Key Points:

    • The powder has a light sweet flavour.
    • It changes beverage colour based on pH levels.
    • Works well with acidic drinks and all Boba Buzz fruit syrups.
    • May lighten your drink's flavour.

    Recommendations:

    1. Adjust the amount of jasmine tea or water in fruit tea base.

    2. Add extra fruit syrup to enhance the fruit tea flavour.

    Recipe Examples:

For a Regular Size (500ml) Fruit Tea with Gradient Mixture:

    • 100-150 ml jasmine tea base

    • 40 ml fruit syrup

    • 50-100 ml gradient colour mixture

For a Large Size (700ml) Fruit Tea with Gradient Mixture:

    • 200-250 ml jasmine tea base

    • 60 ml fruit syrup

    • 100-150 ml gradient colour mixture

    Important Notes:

    • If the gradient mixture is too sweet, you can dilute it with water.

    • There's no specific ratio for dilution, but keep in mind that the drink will separate into layers if one layer is sweeter than the other.

    • The sweetest layer will always settle at the bottom, followed by lighter layers.

    • To create the gradient effect, slowly pour the mixture on top of your iced drinks
