    The bottom layer of our "Gem of Love" consists of a refreshing guava fruit tea, offering a tropical twist to traditional bubble tea flavours.      Equipment:
    • Measurement cup

    • 530 ml shaker cups

    • Bar spoon

    • Serving cup

     Ingredients: 

    • 150 ml of Jasmine tea base

    • 40 ml of Guava syrup

    • 100 ml Gradient colour mixture (Check the recipe)

    • Ice cubes

    • Preferred toppings

     Preparation:

    • Prepare guava fruit tea by adding 150 ml of jasmine tea base to the shaker cup and following by adding 40 ml of guava syrup to the shaker cup.

    • Stir the tea and syrup together. Set aside.

    • Prepare the serving cup by adding preferred topping into the cup.

    • Add ice into the serving cup.

    • Pour guava fruit tea into the serving cup.

    • Slowly pour gradient colour mixture into the serving cup.

    • Seal the cup with sealing film or plastic lid.

     Note:

    • For the large size (700 ml) please following these ingredients 200 ml of jasmine tea base, 60 ml of guava syrup, and 100 ml of gradient colour mixture.
