Blue Coral Soda Recipe
To showcase the versatility of our Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup, we've created a refreshing and compelling recipe for you to use at your bubble shop, café, or even at home - the Blue Coral Soda. This thirst-quenching delight combines the sweetness of the blue coral syrup with the tangy kumquat and lemon, resulting in a perfectly balanced and utterly refreshing summer drink.

Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup
- Stirrer
- Plastic cup
- Dome lid
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup
- 15 ml of Fructose Syrup
- Preferred topping
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add 50 ml of soda water, 30 ml of Blue coral flavoured syrup, and 15 ml of fructose syrup into the shaker cup.
- Use the stirrer to mix the liquid together.
- Prepare the serving cup by adding the preferred topping to the serving cup.
- Add some ice cubes to the serving cup.
- Pour the blue coral mixture into serving cup.
- Slowly pour the soda water to the rim of the cup.
- Close the serving cup with plastic lid.
Notes :
- For the 700 ml drink, please follow this measurement; 45 - 50 ml of Blue coral syrup and 20 ml of Fructose syrup.
- Sweetness can be adjusted by adding more fructose syrup or reducing fructose syrup.
- Blue coral flavoured syrup is concentrated syrup which might make the drink darker. If you prefer the lighter blue, you can reduce the amount of Blue coral flavoured syrup and add more lemon flavoured syrup to get the flavour right.
