    Blossom Matcha Recipe

        Elevate your matcha experience with a floral twist from Blossom matcha. This blossom matcha has two beautiful separate layers - the pink and the green. on the bottom part craft with rosy milk that creating lovely picky milk and on the top part is the premium matcha.

     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Difficulty: Easy
     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup (x2)
    • Stirrer
    • Powder scoop
    • Plastic cup

     Ingredients: 

    Top layer

    • 5 g of Japanese Pure Green Tea Powder
    • 50 ml of Water

    Bottom Layer

    • 45 ml (1.5 powder scoop) of Rose Flavoured Syrup
    • 200 ml of Fresh milk or alternative milk for vegan option
    • Ice cubes
    • 1 scoop of Cherry Blossom (Sakura) Natate Coco

     Preparation:

    Top layer mixture

    • Add 50 ml of water to the shaker cup.
    • Add  5g of Japanese pure green tea powder into the shaker cup.
    • Using bar spoon, stir the ingredients together and leave aside.

    Bottom layer mixture

    • Add 200 ml of fresh milk (or alternative milk for vegan option) to the shaker cup.
    • Add 45 ml (1.5 powder scoop) of Rose Flavoured Syrup to the shaker cup.
    • Stir the ingredients together by using a bar spoon.

    Serving

    • Add 1 scoop of Cherry blossom (Sakura) natate coco - Heart shaped to the serving cup.
    • Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
    • Pour the bottom layer mixture into the serving cup.
    • Slowly pour matcha mixture over the bar spoon to the rim of the cup.
    • Seal the cup with sealing film or cover with lid.

     Notes :

    • For 700 ml serving cup please use 100 ml of water and 7.5 g of Japanese pure green tea powder for the top base. And 300 ml of fresh milk and 60 ml of rose flavoured syrup for the bottom base.
    • To separate the layer, must start with the most sugar content liquid and very slowly pour the lower sugar content liquid on the next layer.
