2024 Lunar New Year : Golden Dragon Punch

Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup x 2
- Stirrer
- Plastic cup
Ingredients:
Bottom layer
- 20 ml of Raspberry flavoured syrup
- 50 ml Water
Top layer
- 15 ml of Orange flavoured syrup
- 10 ml of Pineapple flavoured syrup
- 50 ml of Jasmine green tea (Click here for the recipe)
- 100 ml of Water
- 1 Pinch of Edible gold dust
- Ice
Preparation:
Bottom layer
- Add 50 ml of water and 20 ml of raspberry flavoured syrup into shaker cup.
- Mix the liquid using a bar spoon and set aside.
Top layer
- Grab another shaker cup.
- Add 100 ml of water and 50 ml of jasmine green tea into the shaker cup
- Add 20 ml of orange flavoured syrup and 15 ml of pineapple flavoured syrup into the shaker cup.
- Add a pinch of edible gold dust to the shaker cup.
- Add some ice into the shaker cup and seal the shaker cups with lids
- Shake the shaker cup until the syrup is completely dissolved.
Serving cup
- Add 1 scoop of preferred topping into serving cup.
- Add 1 scoop of ice into the serving cup.
- Pour the bottom layer mixture into the serving cup.
- Slowly pour the top layer mixture into the serving cup over the bar spoon until the top of the cup.
- Seal the cup with sealing film and it’s ready to serve.
Note:
For the large size (700 ml)
Bottom layer:
- 50 ml of water
- 30 ml of raspberry syrup
Top layer
- 100 ml of jasmine green tea
- 200 ml of water
- 30 ml of orange flavoured syrup
- 15 ml of pineapple flavoured syrup
- 1 pinch of edible gold dust
- The drink should be separated due to the density of sweetness.
