Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup x 2
- Stirrer
- Plastic cup
- Dome lid
Ingredients:
- 20 ml of Extra yoghurt flavoured syrup.
- 20 ml of Strawberry flavoured syrup.
- 10 ml of Blueberry flavoured syrup
- Frozen summer fruits
- Soda water
- Ice cubes
- 2 Mint leaves
- 1 Rosemary stick
Preparation:
- Add 20 ml of extra yoghurt flavoured syrup with 100 ml of soda water to the shaker cup.
- Stir the mix together.
- Grap another shaker cup and add 20 ml of Strawberry flavoured syrup, 10 ml of blueberry flavoured syrup, and 200 ml of soda water to the shaker cup.
- Stir the mix together
- Add the topping to the serving cup.
- Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
- Pour the extra yoghurt mixture into the serving cup.
- Pour the berry mixture into the serving cup over a bar spoon.
- Decorate the drink with some mint leaves, rosemary, and summer fruit. (Optional)
- Cover the serving cup with a dome lid.
Note:
- For the large size: Add 30 ml) of extra yoghurt flavoured syrup, 30 ml of strawberry flavoured syrup, and 15 ml of blueberry syrup.
- The sweetness can be adjusted by reducing or increasing the amount of flavoured syrup.
