Fruit Tea Recipe

Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup
- Plastic cup
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Jasmine tea base
- 30 ml Preference concentrated fruit juice
- 10 ml Fructose syrup
- Preference toppings
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Add 200 ml of jasmine tea base to the shaker cup.
- Add 30 ml (1 pump) of preference concentrated fruit juice and 10 ml of fructose syrup to the shaker cup.
- Add ice cubes to the top of the shaker cup.
- Seal the shaker cup with lids and shake it until the drink is nice and cold.
- Add the toppings to the serving cup.
- Add the drink to the serving cup and seal the drink with the sealing machine or cover the cup with a plastic lid.
Tips:
- For the large size fruit tea, we add 250 ml of jasmine tea base, 45 ml preference concentrated fruit juice and 15 ml of fructose syrup.
- Fruit tea can only be served cold.
- The sweetness and ice level can be adjusted by your preference.
