    Flavoured Milk Tea Recipe

     Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Type: Drink
     Difficulty: Easy
     Equipment:
    • 530ml Shaker cup
    • Measurement cup
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup
     Ingredients: 
    • 40ml Tea base (According to the flavour)
    • 3 scoops (45g) Preference bubble tea flavouring powder
    • 1 scoops (15g) Coffee creamer
    • 25ml Fructose syrup
    • 150ml Hot water
    • Ice cubes
     Preparation:
    1. Add 150 ml of hot water to the shaker cup. 
    2. Add 3 scoops (45g) of preference bubble tea flavouring powder and 1 scoop (15g) of coffee creamer to the shaker cup.
    3. Add 25 ml of fructose syrup to the shaker cup and.
    4. Using a bar spoon stir the ingredients together until the powder dissolved.
    5. Add the ice cubes to the rim of the shaker cup. 
    6. Secure the shaker cups with lids and shake well until the drink is nice and cold.
    7. Add preferred topping in the serving cup.
    8.  Pour the drink in the serving cup and seal the cup with a sealing machine or cover the cup with a lid.
     Tips:
    1. For the large size of flavoured milk tea, add 4 scoops of preference bubble tea powder, 1.5 scoops (22.5g) Coffee creamer, 30ml of fructose syrup and 60 ml of tea base.
    2. If you want to make the hot flavoured milk tea, please add hot water to the top of the shaker cup instead of adding ice cubes.
    3. Jasmine green tea base can be combined with Banana powder, Coconut powder, Honeydew powder, Mango powder, Strawberry powder and Litchi powder.
    4. Assam tea base can be combined with Chocolate powder and Vanilla powder.
