Each jasmine green tea may have different brewing temperatures and infusion times. Here are the general tips for brewing perfect jasmine green tea especially use for the bubble tea business.

    1. Use fresh filtered water: Run the water a little bit before pouring into the pot so the water is nicely aerated. Only boil the water once to keep the good oxygen level up. Oxygen in the water will help bring up the tea flavour.
    2. Perfect Jasmine green teas are brewed around 70 – 75 °C: The water temperature has significantly impacted the taste and aroma of the tea. Using boiling water for brewing Jasmine green tea can cause the tea to become bitter and lose its floral aroma. By using 70 – 75 °C of water for brewing Jasmine green tea, the tea will be infused with the aromatic jasmine scent and beautiful smooth flavour without bitterness. If the thermometer is not available, simply allow the boiling water to rest for a few minutes before adding Jasmine green tea leaves.
    3. Depending on how strong of the tea you want, our recommendation is to use 4,700 ml of water with 100 g of jasmine green tea and infuse for 8 minutes.
    4. Cover the pot with a lid will keep the heat in the pot.
    5. After the Jasmine green tea is brewed must remove the tea leaves straight away, the longer the tea leaves are in the pot the more bitter and intent it becomes.
