What is Bubble tea?
Bubble tea is a tea-based drink originating from Taiwan. The name ‘bubble tea’ came from the frothy bubbles that form when the drink is shaken to mix black tea and milk together.
Over time this has changed to refer to the bubble-like tapioca pearls at the bottom of the cup. The reason that makes bubble tea so different from other beverages is because bubble tea is a combination of beverage and dessert, the variety of colours, flavours and textures grabbed all attention of young people. There are a lot of customization options in bubble tea, many bubble tea shops will have a wide selection of different flavours, toppings, colours and customisation options to choose from which creates more fun and draws a lot of attention from customers, especially young people.
