       Tropical Sunset Recipe

    Discover the Exotic Flavours of Our Tropical Syrups and Popping Boba! 

         We are happy to introduce you to our latest line of bubble tea recipe for this Summer season that designed to transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise. Say hello to our Mango Flavoured Syrup, Red Guava Flavoured Syrup, and Dragon Fruit Popping Boba! These vibrant, flavourful additions are perfect to creating refreshing slushy, delightful bubble tea, and everything in between. 

     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Stirrer
    • Plastic cup
    • Dome lid
    • Blender

     Ingredients: 

    Top Layer

    • 150 ml of Water
    • 30 ml (1 pump) of Mango Flavoured Syrup
    • 1.5 cup of Ice cubes

    Bottom Layer

    • 50 ml of Water
    • 25 ml of Red Guava Flavoured Syrup
    • 1 Scoop of Dragon Fruit Popping Boba

     Preparation:

    Bottom layer mixture

    • Add 50 ml of water and 25 ml of red guava flavoured syrup to the shaker cup.
    • Use a stirrer to stir the mixture until are combined. 

    Top layer mixture

    • Add 150 ml of water, 1.5 cups of ice, and 30 ml (1 pump) of mango flavoured syrup to the blender.
    • Operate the blender for around 30 seconds, or until the drink looks smooth.

    Prepare serving cup

    • Add 1 scoop of Dragon fruit popping boba to the serving cup.
    • Pour the bottom layer mixture into a serving cup.
    • Pour the top layer mixture into a serving cup.
    • Seal the cup with dome lid or sealing film.

     Notes :

    • For the 700 ml drink, please follow this measurement; 
      • Top layer 
        • 200 ml of water
        • 45 ml (1.5 pumps) of Mango flavoured syrup 
        • 1.5 cups (700 ml cup) of ice cubes
    • Bottom layer
      • 100 ml of water
      • 30 ml of Red guava flavoured syrup
    • Sweetness can be adjusted by adding more fructose syrup or reducing fructose syrup.
    • You can adapt this recipe with other flavoured syrup such as Passion Fruit or Pineapple.
    • No worry if you don't have a blender, this recipe works well with iced drink as well.
