    Pineapple Cake Milk Tea Recipe

    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Powder scoop
    • Jigger
    • Stirrer
    • Plastic cup


    • 150 ml of Hot water
    • 3 Scoops (45 g) of Vanilla Powder
    • 1 Scoop (15 g) of Coffee Creamer
    • 1.5 Scoops (45 g) of Pineapple Jam
    • 1 Scoop ( 15 g) of Crushed Shortbread Biscuit
    • 1 Cup of ice cubes
    • Preferred toppings


    Part 1: Preparing Vanilla Milk

    • Pour 150 ml of hot water into the 530 ml shaker cup.
    • Add 3 scoops (45 g) of Vanilla powder and 1 scoop (15 g) of coffee creamer to the shaker cup. 
    • Mix the powder together using a stirrer.
    • Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker cup (Ice cubes should be around the rim of the cup).
    • Secure the shaker cups with lids and shake well until the drink is nice and cold.

    Part 2: Preparing a serving cup

    • Prepare the serving cup:  Add 1.5 scoops (45 g) of Pineapple jam into the serving cup. 
    • Using the spoon, spread pineapple jam around the cup.
    • Add any preferred toppings to the serving cup.
    • Pour Vanilla milk into the serving cup. (Please leave some room for crushed shortbread biscuits.)
    • Add 1 scoop (15 g) of crushed shortbread biscuits on top of the serving cup.
    • Seal the serving cup with sealing film or dome lid.


    • For a large size (700 ml): Add 150 ml of hot water, 4 scoops (60 g) of vanilla powder, 1.5 scoops (22.5 g) of coffee creamer, and 2 scoops (60 g) of Pineapple Jam.
    • The sweetness is adjustable by adding or reducing pineapple jam.
