    Cream Brulee Recipe

     Equipment:
    • Pot
    • Hob
    • Preferred container
    • Wooden spoon
     Ingredients: 
    Ratio  Cream Brulee powder: Milk = 1:3
    • 100 g of Cream Brulee powder
    • 300 ml of Milk or Alternative milk

     Preparation:

    • Pour 300 ml of milk into the pot.
    • Add 100 g of cream brulee powder into the pot and stir it evenly.
    • Turn on the hob and cook over medium heat until boiling state.
    • Turn off the heat and leave the mixture aside until cools down.
    • Pour the mixture into a prepared container or squeeze bag after the mixture is cooling down.
    • Always keep the mixture in the refrigerator.
     Adding Cream Brulee to the drink:
    • Add toppings, Ice, and drink around 80% of the cup.
    • Add cream brulee mixture to the top of the cup.
    • Spread the sugar on top of the cream brulee evenly.
    • Put the caramelised ring on top of the cup (Prevent the plastic cup from melting).
    • Using the fire spray gun to caramelize the sugar.
    • Close the cup with the dome lid.

     Note:

    • Cream Brulee is going well with any milk tea. 
    • Cream Brulee will be floating on top of the ice, which mean the drink must have full ice or small sized of ice to hold the cream brulee and preventing cream brulee from sink.
    • Use within 48 hours and always keep in the fridge.
