Passion Fruit & Blue Coral Soda Recipe
To showcase the versatility of our Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup, we've created a refreshing and compelling recipe for you to use at your bubble shop, café, or even at home: the Passion Fruit & Blue Coral Soda. This thirst-quenching delight combines the sweetness of the blue coral syrup with the tropical taste of passion fruit jam, resulting in a perfectly balanced and utterly refreshing summer drink.

Equipment:
- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup (x2)
- Stirrer
- Plastic cup
- Dome lid
Ingredients:
Top layer
- 100 ml of Soda water
- 10 ml of Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup
Bottom layer
- 100 ml of Soda water
- 30 g of Passion fruit jam
- Preferred topping
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
Bottom layer mixture
- Add 100 ml of soda water and 30 g of passion fruit jam (1 full powder scoop) to the shaker cup.
- Use a stirrer to mix the jam and soda.
- Leave aside.
Top layer mixture
- Add 100 ml of soda water and 15 ml of Blue coral flavoured syrup to the shaker cup.
- Use a stirrer to stir the soda and syrup until it is combined.
Prepare serving cup
- Add 1 scoop of preferred topping to the serving cup.
- Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
- Pour the bottom layer mixture into the serving cup.
- Slowly pour the top layer mixture over the stirrer spoon to the serving cup.
- Close the cup with a plastic lid.
Notes :
- For the 700 ml drink, please follow this measurement;
- Top layer
- 150 ml of soda water
- 15 ml of Blue coral syrup
- Bottom layer
- 150 ml of soda water
- 45 - 50 ml of Passion Fruit Jam
- Sweetness can be adjusted by adding more fructose syrup or reducing fructose syrup.
- You can adapt this recipe with other flavoured syrup.
- Blue coral flavoured syrup is concentrated syrup which might make the drink darker. If you prefer the lighter blue, you can reduce the amount of Blue coral flavoured syrup and add more lemon flavoured syrup to get the flavour right.
