    Matcha Milk Tea Recipe

    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Powder scoop
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup
    • 150 ml Hot water
    • 3 Scoops (45 g) Matcha 2 in 1 powder
    • 100 ml Fresh milk
    • 25 ml Fructose syrup
    • Preference toppings
    1. Add 150 ml of hot water to the shaker cup.
    2. Add 3 scoops of 2 in 1 matcha powder and 25 ml of fructose syrup to the shaker cup.
    3. Stir the ingredients together with the bar spoon until all the ingredients are mixed up nicely.
    4. Add 100 ml of fresh milk to the shaker cup.
    5. Add ice cubes to the top of the shaker cup.
    6. Secure the shaker cup with lids and shake well until the drink is nice and cold.
    7. Add preference topping in the serving cup and add the drink to the rim of the cup.
    8. Seal the cup with a sealing machine or cover the cup with a lid.
    1. For the large size of matcha milk tea, we add 4 scoops (60 g) 2 in 1 matcha powder, 30 ml fructose syrup and 150 ml of fresh milk.
    2. Matcha milk tea can be served warm. Just add hot water to the top of the shaker cup instead of adding ice.
    3. Matcha milk tea can be made in a vegan version by adding plant based milk such as almond milk, soya milk, oat milk and coconut milk instead of fresh cow milk.
