    Marble Taro Milk Tea Recipe

    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Powder scoop
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup
    • 150 ml Hot water
    • 3 Scoops (45 g) Taro gold powder
    • 100 ml Fresh milk
    • 25 ml Fructose syrup
    • 15 g Purple sweet potato puff paste (3 bar spoons) Click here for the recipe
    • Preference toppings


    • Add 150 ml of hot water to the shaker cup.
    • Add 3 scoops of taro gold powder and 25 ml of fructose syrup to the shaker cup.
    • Stir the ingredients with the bar spoon until all the ingredients are nicely mixed up.
    • Add 100 ml of fresh milk to the shaker cup.
    • Add ice cubes to the top of the shaker cup.
    • Secure the shaker cup with lids and shake well until the drink is nice and cold.
    • Prepare the serving cup by spreading the purple sweet potato puff paste around the cup.
    • Add the preferred topping to the serving cup, and add the drink to the rim of the cup.
    • Seal the cup with a sealing machine or cover the cup with a lid.


    • For the large size of taro milk tea, we add 4 scoops (60 g) of taro gold powder, 30 ml of fructose syrup, and 150 ml of fresh milk.
    • Use 4 bar spoons (20g) of purple sweet potato puff paste for the large cup.
    • The sweetness can be adjusted by reducing and increasing the fructose syrup.
    • Taro milk tea can be served warm. Just add hot water to the top of the shaker cup instead of adding ice.
