Introducing Beetle Juice, a spooktacular bubble tea for Halloween that combines vibrant colours and delightful flavours to create a hauntingly delicious experience. This enchanting drink features two striking layers: a deep purple from blueberry fruit tea, and a bright green layer from refreshing green apple fruit tea. Topped with vibrant green and purple from green apple and grape natate coco jellies.

- Measurement cup
- 530 ml shaker cup (x2)
- Bar spoon
- Serving cup
Ingredients:
Top layer
- 15 ml of Blueberry flavoured syrup
- 100 ml of Jasmine green tea base
Bottom layer
- 30 ml of Green apple flavoured syrup
- 100 ml of Jasmine green tea base
- Ice cubes
- Half scoop of Green apple natate coco jelly
- Half scoop of Grape natate coco jelly
Preparation:
Bottom layer (green apple fruit tea):
- Pour 100 ml of jasmine tea base to the shaker cup.
- Add 30 ml of green apple flavoured syrup to the shaker cup.
- Use a bar spoon stir the tea base with green apple flavoured syrup together until the syrup dissolves and set aside.
Top layer (blueberry fruit tea):
- Pour 100 ml of jasmine tea base to the shaker cup.
- Add 15 ml of blueberry flavoured syrup to the shaker cup.
- Use a bar spoon stir the tea base with blueberry flavoured syrup together until the syrup dissolves and set aside.
Combine the drink together in the serving cup.
- Add grape and green apple natate coco jelly to the serving cup.
- Add ice cubes to the serving cup.
- Pour the bottom layer mixture (green apple fruit tea) into the serving cup.
- Slowly pour the top layer mixture (blueberry fruit tea) over a bar spoon into the serving cup.
- Seal the cup with sealing film or a dome lid.
Note:
- For the large sized (700 ml) drink, please follow this measurement:
Top layer (blueberry fruit tea): 20 ml of blueberry flavoured syrup with150 ml of jasmine green tea base
Bottom layer (green apple fruit tea): 40 ml of green apple flavoured syrup with 150 ml of jasmine green tea base
- If you need to add the sweetness level, please add fructose syrup or cane liquid sugar to the bottom layer of the drink.
- The separation of the drink into two distinct layers occurs due to the difference in density caused by varying sugar concentrations.
