    Matcha Caramel Latte Recipe

    A unique drink that pairs the earthy flavour of matcha with the sweetness of caramel.
     Preparation time: 3 minutes
    Type: Drink

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Bar spoon
    • Serving cup

     Ingredients: 

    Top layer

    • 5 - 7 g of pure Japanese green tea powder
    • 50 ml of water

    Middle layer

    • 100 ml of fresh milk

    Bottom layer

    • 40 ml of espresso shot
    • 30 ml of caramel syrup
    • Ice cube
    • Preference topping
     Preparation:

    Bottom layer: 

    • Mix 40 ml of espresso shot and 30 ml of caramel syrup in the shaker cup.
    • Prepare the serving cup by adding preferred toppings to the serving cup.
    • Add the espresso mixture to the serving cup and then add ice.

    Middle layer

    • Slowly add 100 ml of fresh milk to the serving cup.

    Top layer

    • Mix 5 - 7 g of pure japanese green tea powder and 50 ml of water to the shaker cup.
    • Use bar spoon mix the powder and water together.
    • Slowly pour the matcha mixture over the barspoon to the serving cup.
    • Seal the serving cup with sealing film or cover it with dome lid.

     Note:

    • For the large size (700 ml) please follow this measurement; 5 - 7 g of pure japanese green tea powder, 50 ml of water, 200 ml of fresh milk, 60 ml of espresso shot, 50 ml of caramel syrup.
