Grape Slushy with Cheese Foam

Equipment:
- Plastic cup
- Blender
- Dome lid
Ingredients:
- 100 ml of water
- 30 ml (1 pump) of Grape flavoured syrup
- 1 cup of Ice cubes
- 1 scoop of Aloe Vera
- Cheese Foam (Click here for recipe)
Preparation:
- Pour 100 ml of water, 30 ml (1 pump) of grape flavoured syrup, and 1 cups of ice cubes into the blender.
- Seal the blender with the lid, and press the smoothie blending mode for 30 seconds.
- Add 1 scoop of aloe vera to the serving cup.
- Pour the blended drink into the serving cup. Please leave the room in a serving cup around 20%
- Add cheese foam on top of the drink until it reaches the top of the cup.
- Seal the cup with a dome lid.
Notes :
- For the large size (700 ml) drink, please use: 150 ml of water, 45 ml of grape syrup (1.5 pumps), and 1 large cup of ice cubes.
- Aloe Vera has a crispy texture similar to grapes.
