    Classic Milk Tea Recipe

     Preparation time: 5 minutes

    • 530ml Shaker cup
    • Measurement cup
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup
    • 200ml Tea base (Assam tea, Jasmine tea, Oolong tea or Earl grey tea)
    • 3 scoops (45g) Coffee creamer
    • 25ml Fructose syrup
    • Hot water or Ice cubes
    1. Add 200 ml of preferred tea base to the shaker cup. 
    2. Add 25 ml fructose syrup and 3 scoops (45g) of coffee creamer to the shaker cup.
    3. Using a bar spoon stir the ingredients together until the coffee creamer dissolved.
    4. Add hot water to the rim of the shaker cup or until hot water reaches the 500 ml mark and stir it well.
    5. Add preferred topping in the serving cup.
    6. Pour the hot tea in the serving cup.
    1. For the large size of classic hot tea, add 250 ml of preferred tea base, 4 scoops (60g) Coffee creamer and 30ml of fructose syrup.
    2. If you want to make the Iced classic milk tea, please add ice to the top of the shaker cup instead of adding hot water.
    3. The classic milk tea is the best combination with tapioca pearls.
