    Recipe: Caramel Latte Bubble Tea

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup

    • Mixing cups

    • Bar spoon

    • Serving cup

    Ingredients: 

    • 1 Shot of Espresso

    • 150 ml of fresh milk

    • 40 ml of Caramel syrup

    • Caramel sauce

    • Whipped cream

    • Ice cubes

    • Preferred toppings

     Preparation:

    • Add 150 ml of milk to the mixing cup . 

    • Add 40 ml of caramel syrup to the mixing cup and use bar spoon stir the milk and caramel syrup together.

    • Prepare a serving cup by drizzling caramel sauce around the cup.

    • Add preferred toppings inside the cup.

    • Add ice into the serving cup.

    • Pour the caramel milk into the serving cup.

    • Add espresso on top of caramel milk.

    • Squeeze whipped cream on top of the serving cup then add caramel sauce on top of the cup

    • Seal the cup plastic lid and ready to serve.

     Note:

    • For the large cup (700ml) please use 250ml of milk and 60ml of Caramel syrup.
    • Sweetness can be adjustable if prefer more sweet or less sweet.
