    Caramel Apple Slushy Recipe

    A refreshing and fun bubble tea that combines the flavour of caramel with green apple flavoured syrup serve with Apple popping boba or apple natate coco jelly. It’s a perfect idea for a Halloween seasonal drink.

     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • Blender
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup
    • Dome lid

     Ingredients: 

    • 150 ml of water
    • 50 ml of Green Apple Flavoured Syrup
    • 20 ml of Caramel Syrup
    • 1 cup of ice cubes
    • Caramel sauce (for garnish)
    • Apple popping boba or Apple Natate Coco

     Preparation:

    • Add 150 ml of water, 50 ml of green apple flavoured syrup, and 20 ml of caramel syrup to the blender.
    • Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the blender.
    • Seal the blender with lid. Operate the blender for around 30 seconds or until the ice smooth.
    • Prepare the serving cup by adding caramel sauce around the cup.
    • Add 1 scoop of green apple topping to the serving cup.
    • Pour the slushy to the serving cup and seal with dome lid.

     Note:

    • For large size (700 ml) please use this following measurement: 200 ml of water, 70 ml of green apple flavoured syrup, and 30 ml of caramel syrup.
    • You might see the denaturation effect from caramel sauce. It’s normal when the sour drink combines with protein.
