    Blue Coral Soda Recipe

    To showcase the versatility of our Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup, we've created a refreshing and tantalizing recipe for you to use at your bubble shop, café, or even at home  - the Blue Coral Soda. This thirst-quenching delight combines the sweetness of the blue coral syrup with the tangy kumquat and lemon, resulting in a perfectly balanced and utterly refreshing summer drink.
     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cup
    • Stirrer
    • Plastic cup
    • Dome lid

     Ingredients: 

    Top layer

    • 10 ml of Blue Coral Flavoured Syrup
    • 50 ml of Soda Water

    Bottom Layer

    • 30 ml (1 Pump) of Kumquat & Lemon Flavoured Syrup
    • 15 ml (half pump) of Lemon Flavoured Syrup (Optional)
    • 15 ml of Fructose Syrup
    • 200 ml of Soda Water
    • 1 cup of ice
    • 1 scoop of preferred toppings
    • 1 slice lemon (optional)

     Preparation:

    Top layer mixture

    • Add 50 ml of soda water and 10 ml of blue corral syrup to the shaker cup and mix it all. Leave it aside.

    Bottom layer mixture

    • Add 200 ml of soda water to a shaker cup.
    • Add 30 ml (1 pump) of Kumquat & Lemon Flavoured Syrup and 15 ml (half pump) of Lemon Flavoured Syrup into the shaker cup. 
    • Add 15 ml of Fructose syrup to the shaker cup.
    • Using a bar spoon stir all the ingredients together.

    Preparing serving cup

    • Add the preferred topping to the serving cup.
    • Add ice to the serving cup.
    • Add 1 slice of lemon to the serving cup.
    • Pour the bottom layer mixture into a serving cup.
    • Slowly pour the top layer mixture over the bar spoon onto serving cup to get a double layer.
    • Seal the cup with a plastic lid.

     Notes :

    • The sweetness and sourness can be adjusted by adding/reducing more lemon-flavored syrup or adding/reducing fructose syrup.
