    Assam Black Tea Recipe

    Assam Black Tea

       Difficulty: Easy 

      Equipment:

    • Pot
    • Strainer
    • Tea thermos
    • Timer

     Ingredients:

    • 2.9 L boiling water
    • 100g Assam tea leaves
      Preparation:
    1. Prepare boiling water in the pot.
    2. Add 100g of Assam tea leaves to the boiling water. Close the lid and set the timer for 15 minutes.
    3. Strain the tea leaves out by using a strainer and pour the hot tea into the tea thermos.

      Tips:

    1. This recipe is for making a strong black tea which is suitable for milk tea base.
    2. Assam black tea is the base tea for traditional bubble tea, brown sugar milk tea, vanilla milk tea and chocolate milk tea.
