    Boba Buzz £2000 Package Terms & Conditions

    Terms & Conditions

    1. Package Details:

      • The Supplier agrees to provide the Customer with the £2,000.00 Business Boost Package, which includes machines, consumables, utensils, and ingredients, as detailed in the package description.

    2. Contract Duration:

      • The Contract will commence on the Effective Date and will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year.

    3. Warranty:

      • The Supplier guarantees that the refurbished machines included in the package are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery.
      • During the warranty period, the Supplier shall provide free parts and repair services for the machines. Any parts or repairs needed outside of the warranty period shall be subject to additional charges. Shipping fees are at the Customer's expense.

    4. Machine Buyback Terms:

      • The Customer may request to sell back both the sealing machine and the fructose dispenser for a total of £2,000.00 within the one (1) year contract period.
      • To qualify for the buyback, the Customer must have made a minimum total purchase of £800.00, excluding machinery, during the contract period. If the total annual spend is less than £800.00, the Customer will not be eligible for the buyback.
      • Buyback requests must be submitted in writing to the Supplier before the end of the contract period.
      • The Customer must return both the sealing machine and fructose dispenser in good, clean, and working condition within four (4) weeks after the contract period has ended to qualify for the buyback.
      • The buyback process will be initiated within four (4) weeks of the machines being received and inspected.
      • Upon submitting the buyback request, the Customer will receive a reference number. This reference number must be included in any videos or photos submitted as proof of the machines' condition before shipping.
      • The Customer will bear the cost of return shipping and is fully responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

    5. Repair Costs:

      • Inspection Fee: £20.00 per machine.
      • Parts: Prices range from £50.00 to £250.00, depending on the parts needing repair.
      • If a dent or any other external damage is found upon return, a £50.00 charge will apply.
      • All repair costs, including any applicable fees, will be deducted from the final buyback amount.
