    Boba Buzz £2000 Package Terms & Conditions

    1. Package Details:

    - The Supplier agrees to provide the Customer with the £2,000.00 Package, including machines, consumables, utensils, and ingredients, as detailed in the package description.

    2. Contract Duration:

    - The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year.

    3. Warranty:

    - The Supplier warrants that the refurbished machines included in the package shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery.

    - During the warranty period, the Supplier shall provide free parts and repair services for the machines. Any parts or repairs needed outside of the warranty period shall be subject to additional charges. Shipping fees are at the Customer's expense.

    4. Machine Buyback Terms & Conditions:

    - The Customer may request to sell back both the sealing machine and fructose dispenser within the one (1) year contract period.

    - To be eligible for the buyback, the Customer must have spent a minimum of £800.00 during the contract period. If the total annual spending falls below £800.00, the Customer will not be eligible for the buyback.

    - Requests for the buyback must be submitted in writing to the Supplier within the contract period.

    - To be eligible for the buyback, the Customer must return both the sealing machine and fructose dispenser in good, clean, and working condition within four (4) weeks after the end of the contract period.

    - The buyback process shall be initiated within four (4) weeks after both of the machines are received.

    - The Customer shall be provided with a reference number after the buyback request is made which must be included in any videos or photos provided as proof of the machines' condition before returning.

    - The Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping fees for the machines and take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping.

    - Costs of repair: - Inspection fee: £20.00

    - Parts: Prices range from £50.00 to £250.00 depending on the parts needing repair.

    - If a dent is found when returning, a charge of £50.00 will be applied.

    - All costs of repair will be deducted from the full buyback amount.
