    Due to the courier shipping and material cost increase, we are making a small change to our delivery charge. This will come into effect for all shipments on the 3rd February 2023 and onwards. The standard shipping fee will start from just £7.50 for orders less than £300. If your order is £300 or more you will get the standard shipping in the UK for free (Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands). If your order qualifies for the pallet shipping, you will have the options to select the Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) pallet delivery. Please be aware the £20 surcharge applies for AM and PM pallet delivery.

    We are taking this big step forward to increase the best customer service and to support all of our customers, especially for those who do not have sufficient storage spaces in the store or for those who would like to provide the best quality ingredients to their customers. For this we have decided to remove the 6 boxes minimum order quantity for the popping boba and agar jelly (Hantien jelly) and to open up the opportunity for you to select the standard delivery option. Please be aware this is the 3 months trial policy.
