    To ensure the best customer service, we have decided to ship all orders that contain Popping Boba and Hantien Jelly by Pallet Only. We believe this will minimize the risk of damage during delivery. 

    The minimum order quantity for the pallet shipment is 6 boxes (this can be any mix of products).
    If your order is between 6 boxes and 9 boxes, £20 shipping surcharge will be applied.
    If your order is between 10 boxes and 14 boxes, £25 shipping surcharge will be applied.
    If your order is 15 boxes or more, you get standard pallet shipping in the UK for free (Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands).

    We will review all orders containing Popping Boba and Han Tien Jelly, and will contact you if the order does not fall within the minimum order quantity for pallet shipping as stated above. 

    Any surcharges will be added once the order has been made.
