    Festive Coconut with Matcha Foam Recipe

     

     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Equipment:
    • 100 ml Hot water
    • 3 Scoops (45g) of Coconut Powder
    • 2 Scoops (30g) of Coffee Creamer
    • Matcha foam (Check the recipe here)
    • Ice cubes
    • Preferred toppings
    • Japanese green tea powder for decoration
    • Shortbread biscuit for decoration
    • Freeze-dried strawberries for decoration

     Preparation:

    • Add 100 ml of hot water into the shaker cup
    • Add 3 scoops (45g) of coconut powder and 2 scoops (30g) of Coffee creamer into the shaker cup.
    • Mix it well until the powder dissolves.
    • Add 1 scoop of ice into the shaker cup and secure the cup with lids.
    • Shake the shaker cup until the drink is cold.
    • Prepare the serving cup by adding the preferred toppings to the cup.
    • Pour the coconut mixture into a serving cup, around 80% of the cup.
    • Pour matcha foam on top of the serving cup.
    • Sprinkle with pure Japanese green tea powder on top of the cup.
    • Decorate with freeze-dried strawberries and shortbread biscuit.

     Note:

    • For a large  drink, please use 150 ml of hot water, 4 scoops of coconut powder, and 3 scoops of coffee creamer.
