    Cream Cheese Oolong Green Tea Recipe

    • Measurement cup
    • 530 ml shaker cups
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup



    • Add 300 ml Oolong green tea to the shaker cup.
    • Add 50 ml fructose syrup to a shaker cup.
    • Stir all the ingredients together with the bar spoon.
    • Add ice cubes to the top of a shaker cup.
    • Seal the shaker cup with lids and shake it well until the mixture is nice and cold.
    • Add preference topping to the serving cup.
    • Pour the mixture with ice to the serving cup and leave the room in the serving cup for around 20% of the cup.
    • Slowly pour the topping cream - cheese flavour to the serving cup.
    • Seal the serving cup with sealing film or cover the cup with a plastic lid.


    • For the large size (700 ml); please use 400 ml Oolong green tea and 70 ml fructose syrup.
    • The sweetness level and the amount of tea base are adjustable by your own preference.
