    Christmas Series:  Festive Spiced Milk Tea

     Equipment:
    • 530ml Shaker cup
    • Measurement cup
    • Bar spoon
    • Plastic cup

     Ingredients: 

    • 50 ml Earl Grey tea base (Click here for recipe)
    • 3 scoops (45g) Vanilla powder
    • 2 scoops (30g) Coffee creamer
    • 1 bar spoon Ground cinnamon
    • 100 ml Cream foam (Click here for recipe)
    • 150ml Hot water
    • Ice cubes (if serving a cold drink)
     Preparation:
    • Add 150 ml of hot water to the shaker cup. 
    • Add 3 scoops (45g) of Vanilla powder and 2 scoops (30g) of coffee creamer to the shaker cup.
    • Add 1 bar spoon of ground cinnamon to the shaker cup.
    • Using a bar spoon, stir the ingredients until the powder is dissolved.
    • For the hot version, add hot water to mark 400 ml and stir it well.
    • For the cold version, add the ice cubes to the rim of the shaker cup. 
    • Secure the shaker cups with lids and shake well until the drink is nice and cold.
    • Add the preferred topping to the serving cup.
    • Pour the drink into a serving cup and leave the room around 20% of the cup for Cream foam
    • Seal the serving cup with sealing film or cover it with a dome lid if serving hot drink.

     Note:

    • For the large-size: use 200 ml of Hot water, 4 scoops of Vanilla powder, 2.5 scoops (37.5) Coffee creamer, 1.5 bar spoons of cinnamon, and 70 ml of Earl Grey.
    • For more Christmas spice flavour in the drink, you can add a hint of nutmeg powder and ginger powder.
