    As Chinese New Year begins on January 29, ushering in the Year of the Wood Snake in 2025, it's time to celebrate new beginnings and vibrant traditions. Inspired by the elegrance and mystique of the Wood Snake, We are thrilled to introduce our bubble tea creation and recipe which is named after the year of Wood Snake.

    The layered symphony of flavours and colours: 

    Imagine a stunning bubble tea that embodies the graceful energy of the Wood Snake: the bottom layer in emerald green made from green apple syrup and jasmine green tea. The top layer is the shimmering peach fruit tea that is made from peach syrup and jasmine green tea, this drink is a refreshing, sophisticated experience. To elevate it further, we also add a sprinkle of edible gold dust - a nod to prosperity and celebration. And, of course, for that quintessential bubble tea experience, we also include green apple popping boba for the bursting of fruit in every sip. 

    This unique creation isn’t just a drink; it’s an experience. The vibrant green and gold layers symbolize renewal and vitality, aligning with the themes of the Wood Snake year. As you sip, you’ll feel the refreshing balance of tart green apple and sweet peach, perfectly complemented by the smooth, aromatic jasmine tea. Each burst of popping boba adds an unexpected delight, making every moment unforgettable.

    Here is what you need to know:

     Preparation time: 3 minutes

     Equipment:
    • Measurement cup
    • X 2 530 ml shaker cups
    • Bar spoon
    • Serving cup

     Ingredients: 

    Top layer

    • 150 ml of Jasmine tea base
    • 20 ml of Peach syrup
    • A pinch of edible gold dust
    Bottom layer 
    • 50 ml Jasmine tea base
    • 30 ml of Green apple syrup
    • 1 scoop of green apple popping boba
    • Ice cubes

     Preparation:

    • Prepare the top layered drink by adding 150 ml of jasmine green tea base to one of shaker cup.
    • Add 20 ml of peach syrup and a pinch of edible gold dust to the shaker cup.
    • Stir the mixture well and leave it aside.
    • Prepare the bottom layered drink by adding 50 ml of jasmine green tea to another shaker cup.
    • Add 30 ml of green apple syrup to the shaker cup, stir it well.
    • Prepare serving cup by adding 1 scoop of green apple popping boba and following by ice cubes.
    • Pour the bottom layered mixture to serving cup.
    • Slowly pouring the top layered mixture over the barspoon into serving cup.
    • Seal the cup with sealing film or dome lid and ready to serve.

     Note:

    For the large sized (700ml) please follow this ratio: 

    Top layer:
    • 200 ml of Jasmine tea base
    • 30 ml of Peach syrup
    • A pinch of edible gold dust

    Bottom layer:

    • 100 ml of Jasmine tea base
    • 40 ml of Green apple syrup
