Ingredients:
For the regular size (500ml):
200ml of Cold Water
50ml of Honeydew Flavoured Syrup
20ml of Lemon Flavoured Syrup
1.5 Cups of ice
3 Mint leaves
1 scoop of Soda Popping Boba
For large size (700ml):
300ml of Cold Water
70ml of Honeydew Flavoured Syrup
30ml of Lemon Flavoured Syrup
1.5 cup of ice (use large cup)
4 mint leaves
1 scoop of Soda Popping Boba
Step-by-Step Preparation:
Add water to the blender (200 ml for regular, 300 ml for large).
Pour in the honeydew syrup and lemon syrup.
Add the mint leaves.
Add ice and secure the blender lid.
Blend for approximately 30 seconds, or until smooth and frothy.
Place 1 scoop of popping boba into the bottom of your serving cup.
Pour the blended Honeydew Cooler into the cup.
Seal with a dome lid or film seal, and serve chilled.
Note:
Adjust sweetness by adding sugar syrup or reducing the honeydew syrup to taste.
For extra zest, add a splash of fresh lime juice.
